GoGuardian Beacon Core Free Trial & Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions

The "Terms" below governs the GoGuardian Beacon Core free trial and promotional pricing offer ("Offer"). By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the GoGuardian End User License Agreement (“EULA”), and the GoGuardian Product Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”).

1. Offer Eligibility and Period

• This Offer is valid for new GoGuardian Beacon Core (excluding Beacon 24/7) licenses through November 30, 2025 (“Offer Period”), unless terminated earlier by GoGuardian at its sole discretion.
• The Offer is available exclusively to organizations that have not previously purchased or participated in a trial for GoGuardian Beacon Core within the last twelve (12) months.
• GoGuardian reserves the right to disqualify any organization from this Offer for any suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

2. Free Trial Details

• Eligible customers will receive a free, 90-day trial of GoGuardian Beacon Core licenses. The 90-day trial period begins on the date of a customer’s access to the services (“Trial Start Date”).

3. Transition to Paid Service and Pricing

• Upon completion of the 90-day free trial, services will automatically terminate unless the customer executes a paid contract with GoGuardian to continue service. The free trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
• Customers who transition from the free trial to a paid contract within thirty (30) days of the trial's conclusion may be eligible for special promotional pricing for the initial paid term, as specified in the Order Form.
• Any subsequent renewals of the paid contract will automatically revert to GoGuardian's then-standard list pricing.

4. General Provisions

• GoGuardian reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time without prior notice.
• These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement regarding this Offer and supersede any prior understandings or communications.
