GoGuardian Teacher Now Enables Classes to be Active from Day One

When a district syncs a Student Information System like Clever or ClassLink, classes now go directly to active — so a roster is never hidden from a substitute or co-teacher just because the primary teacher hasn't logged in yet.

No More Access Gaps: Substitutes and co-teachers can see and manage a class immediately, without waiting on the primary teacher to accept it.

Stay Informed at a Glance: Newly automated classes are sorted to the top of the class list and marked with a "New" badge, along with a banner showing how many new integrated classes were added. The badge stays for 7 days or until the teacher opens the class for the first time.

A Smooth Transition: Classes created and synced on or after 6/1/2026 that were previously pending are automatically moved into the active view — no action needed.

Note: Integrated classes created before 6/1/2026 that were never accepted will no longer appear in the UI. If you need access to one of these classes, please reach out to your GoGuardian support contact.
