GoGuardian Discover Introduces School-Based Insights

You don't make ed-tech decisions off district-wide averages — you want to see how things actually differ from school to school.

In GoGuardian Discover, you can now filter and explore your data by school across the Dashboard, Screen Time Dashboard, AI Dashboard, App Catalog, and app details. Even our natural language query (NLQ) now understands school context, so you can ask about a specific school directly instead of digging through your OU structure.

That means you can compare app usage across your schools, spot unusually high or low adoption, see how screen time and AI usage vary, and dig into school-specific trends, all resulting in better renewal, implementation, and support decisions.

Timing matters here too: as the new school year kicks off, you're fielding questions from principals and board members about how your schools stack up. Now you've got the data to back up those conversations.

This new capability is live now if you have schools configured through your roster integration in Org Management.
