Flexible Scheduling for Every Classroom

Introducing Flexible Schedules, an enhancement to the GoGuardian Teacher scheduling tool aimed to support rotating and block schedules. With this, you can create custom recurring sessions, schedule multiple sessions per class, easily edit existing sessions, and preview schedules – making session management more efficient.

Here’s what you can expect: 

• Accommodation for rotating schedules: Set up block or rotating schedules, automating sessions based on their unique schedules – including start and end dates and times.
• Advanced planning: Plan for the entire year in advance, considering holiday breaks and the end of semesters or quarters, ensuring sessions don’t run automatically during these times.
• Improved calendar view: The calendar now displays scheduled sessions in a format consistent with classroom cards, enhancing clarity and usability.
• Simplified cancellation process: A streamlined confirmation modal enables you to cancel either a single session or all future occurrences of a scheduled session – so you can adapt to events like assemblies or snow days.
• Preview schedule: Get a birds-eye view of your schedule in the calendar view, helping to ensure the accuracy of scheduling.
