An Easier Way to Find Chat Logs

About 60% of Teachers use chat regularly and they often need to access chats from previous teacher sessions — this is why we added chat logs back in March 2020. However, the chat logs weren’t easy to find. With this release, we’ve made chat logs easier to find and access for each student. If you chatted with at least 1 student in a session, a chat icon will appear next to the session on the list of sessions. This makes it much easier to identify when you used chat historically and also makes it easier to access a chat between a teacher and a specific student.
