Customize Beacon Alerts with Configurable Alert Reminders

Manage the frequency and volume of alert notifications with new GoGuardian Beacon reminder settings.

Customize the number of email/text reminder notifications and how often they’re sent depending on the alert phase to ensure imminent alerts are immediately spotted — i.e., set Active Planning activity to trigger four alerts, delivered every five minutes.

These new settings mean Super Counselors can tailor notifications to cut down on unnecessary notifications — and activate the right responders right away when a student needs help.
