Chat Desktop Notifications

Previously, teachers would only be notified of student chats by actively viewing a classroom session or by noticing the flashing notification on the GGT browser tab. This release adds desktop notifications so teachers will be notified whenever a student from any of their classes sends a message, regardless of what browser may be open. In addition, if a teacher receives a student chat while a screen sharing presentation is active, the desktop notification will replace the contents of the message with a generic message to ensure privacy.
