Warning: Your Scene is Blocking You From Opening a Tab

Previously, a teacher could open a tab for their students that was blocked by their own scene without warning. They’d only realize that website was blocked once they saw the block page on the student’s browser. Now, they will be prevented from opening that tab and will see a warning at the bottom of the open tab modal.
