Student Chat Enhancements

This release will address the two biggest problems with the student-side of GGT’s chat feature. For one, it will make incoming chat messages easier for students to find by using OS notifications; teachers often mentioned that students struggled to notice when they received a new chat. Secondly, it will reduce the number of times chat makes other websites either unusable or significantly less useful by removing the injected chat bubble.
