Role and Permission Enhancements

We are excited to announce new role and permission enhancements in GoGuardian Admin and Organization Management that will transform the way you manage and delegate responsibilities for these GoGuardian products.

Introducing Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) that allow district IT administrators to create customizable roles with specific access in GoGuardian Admin and Organization Management. With this update, you can:

• Improve operational efficiency by quickly adding and changing roles

• Reduce the potential for error when user permissions are assigned

In addition, a new OU Permissions feature allows IT Admins to implement site-specific access to users within Org Management, enabling you to:

• Enhance compliance by restricting access to sensitive information

• Implement site-specific access to users within Organization Management

These new role and permission enhancements make it easier for you to delegate management of your GoGuardian products while giving more visibility and oversight to district IT admins.
