Rationale Tab Updates

We've updated section headers in the Beacon Rationale tab to clearly specify the content that generated the alert.

Once an alert is generated in the Beacon dashboard, school administrators review the alert details, analyzing student behavior including the source of the alert, phase or category, browsing history, action taken, and previous alerts. The “WORDS ON THE PAGE” section under the RATIONALE tab, captures all of the text and words in the browsing window and highlights words that may be related to suicide and self-harm. With this new update, school administrators can use this information to clearly understand the context, and make informed decisions on next steps required.
