This new Error Log enables our integrated customers to view information about why an error is occurring, and how many of each type of error is occurring, and download a log of errors, so that they can resolve these issues on their own. This is a change from our previous way of displaying errors, which only focused on the error count.
The Error Log can be found by navigating to the existing Integrations Audit Log (Org Management > Integrations > Audit Log), and clicking on any of the completed integrations. Clicking on a tile will expand it, and allow users to see the type and count of errors that occurred. Users can also click the “Download Log” button in the top right corner to download a more detailed list of errors.
