Chat from Enlarged Screen

Chatting with an individual student is now much easier and available from a much more useful location, directly next to what the student is browsing in the enlarged student screen. We've also added support for sending multi-line messages and fixed a series of bugs, including a bug that sent individual student announcements to the entire class.
