Why An Alert Was Generated

Beacon can now provide additional content, along with a corresponding logical and intuitive interface, that allows IT admins and counselors to quickly and easily understand why an alert was generated.

The Rationale tab is the new default tab that is displayed when an IT admin or counselor clicks on an alert. This new feature contains valuable context as to why an alert was generated and serves as a quick and easy way to give IT admins and counselors access to the detailed information.
