Beacon 24/7 customers can now quickly share relevant and useful student and organization information when required.

With pertinent information available, school staff can now quickly acknowledge who the student is and immediately take action on the alerts. Without relevant student information available, staff members have to log into the Beacon 24/7 dashboard and click on the alert details to identify students and the related deployment. As we adhere to student privacy concerns, we will only share relevant student and deployment information with school staff. By adding this feature, staff members using Beacon 24/7 will be able to save precious time and energy when handling and resolving Active Planning alerts.
