Notes Functionality

With this release, we now allow customers to jot down comments, ideas, and actions related to a specific alert, allowing them to better address alerts and prevent suicide and self-harm incidents.

One of the key value propositions of Beacon is the ability to provide valuable alert information that is meaningful and actionable. When an administrator receives an alert, they can review the trigger of the alert, additional screenshots, browsing history, and entire words on the pages to determine if an action is required. With many people reviewing alerts, customers expressed the need to understand what 1) actions were taken on the alert, 2) know the next steps required for an alert, and 3) highlight any relevant information for an alert.
