Grouping Alerts

This release groups together alerts produced by activity on the same URL and "Phase" that occur in a fifteen minute window. A customer can take action and review the entire group at once rather than individually assessing each component of the group. As soon as a counselor takes action on a grouped alert, the group will "close", and any subsequent activity on the same URL and "Phase" combo forms a new group. This ensures that any subsequent activity will still produce a notification and require review.

Regarding notifications, a user will only receive one notification for each of these groupings. Any subsequent alert that is triggered and meets the previously mentioned criteria will simply be "stacked" among the group. Only when a user takes an action with the grouped alerts or a new, entirely separate alert gets generated will another notification be sent.
