Alert Bypass and Alert Verification

GoGuardian Beacon
New Feature

Customers have expressed concerns about redundant alerts and false positives in Beacon. The Alert Bypass feature now allows customers to “snooze” an alert, thereby stopping it from propagating in the future.

With our new Alert Verification process, we can now obtain customer input to improve the accuracy of the model. Instead of just asking if we identified the correct phase for the alert, we now ask additional questions (i.e. Is alert correct? What phase should it be? Is the alert concerning? Is the alert redundant?), allowing us to improve the Beacon predictor model.

Together, the Alert Bypass feature and new Alert Verification process provide a better user experience in handling and managing false positives, while improving the overall monitoring and detecting capabilities of Beacon.
