Dashboard Redesign

The GoGuardian Admin Dashboard has gone through a design upgrade for improved user experience. Updates include:

• The dashboard and the 'View More' modals now have a cleaner look
• A download button has been added to each 'Top' card on the dashboard to easily share data
• Org Picker has been redesigned to better show the parent-child relationship, making it easier to search and find org units with long names
